Thanks to my friend Danny and my son, Alec, I got back into Star Trek after a long period of not watching any of it. My son was interested in the 2009 film, and my friend got me watching Star Trek: Discovery. So I was getting pressured from two sides.
I began writing about Star Trek in 2019 on my own site, Trek Report. I wrote a few articles for other sites, and found a spot on Heavy.com.

Heavy.com
Currently, I write for Heavy.com as a Star Trek contributor. I usually write 3-4 articles per week on various Trek-related topics. Below are my latest articles, but please visit my Heavy page for more.

Trek Report
I started my own site, Trek Report, so I could share my own opinions on what was happening in the world of Trek — which is a whole lot. Thanks to the “streaming wars,” Trek is a big part of how CBS/Paramount is planning to compete with Netflix and Disney+.
I have been lucky enough to have interviewed some of the biggest stars in Trek, including Michael Dorn (Worf), Armin Shimmerman (Quark), Gates McFadden (Dr. Crusher) and more.
